On a purchase or re-mortgage we will check the title to the property, carry out any searches that may be necessary, report to you on the paperwork and deal with the registration formalities at the Land Registry.
On a sale we will obtain a copy of your title from the Land Registry, issue the draft contract and supporting papers to the solicitors acting for your buyer and deal with their enquiries.
